All pets, including those of short term rental guests must be registered by the home owner with the Property Manager

- Pet Excretions – Per the Declarations, “No owner of any pet shall be permitted to allow its pet to place or have excretions on any portion of the properties other than the lot of the owner”. Please know that while dogs may be walked around the community, they may NOT have any excretions on another homeowner’s property, or on the common grounds of the community. Any violation will result in violation notices/fines to the homeowner.
- Barking – Besides being subject to the Polk County Noise Ordinance, offensive and frequent barking by dogs is not permitted under the same section of our Declarations… Any violation will result in violation notices/fines to the homeowner. The Polk County Sheriff’s office may also issue citations for such offenses.
